An extremely large pair of giant African flower beetles (Mecynorrhina torquata immaculicollis), male top and female bottom. These beetles were bred by me and died naturally. The square is gilded in 24ct gold leaf.
The glass in the frame is removed for photography to avoid glare. All pieces ship with glass. It has hardware on the back to hang on a wall or can be displayed free-standing on a shelf. The frame is extra deep, and measures 26×26cm.
