An extremely large pair of giant African flower beetles (Mecynorrhina torquata immaculicollis), male top and female bottom. These beetles were bred by me and died naturally. The square is gilded in 24ct gold leaf.

The glass in the frames is removed for photography to avoid glare. All pieces ship with glass. It has both wall hanging and free-standing hardware on the back. The frame is extra deep, and measures 26×26cm.
