This heavy figural bottle opener is cast in solid brass, beautifully shaped into a textured trout or river fish. Excellent vintage condition. The brass carries a gorgeous, authentic lustre with minimal aging.
These pieces were hand sourced by me in September during a four day sourcing trip around northern Milan, and imported as a selected collection (aka the tiny amount of items I was able to fit into my hand luggage). I chose pieces based on what I love and would style in my own home. I began sourcing vintage professionally earlier this year, but I began collecting in my early 20’s. Living in an old house in the Norfolk countryside has led me to countless antique shops, vintage markets and museum gift shops (my secret for replica artefacts and the highest quality painting replicas of Old Masters).
