This is the most delightful little piece. A signature of Italian craftmanship, hand pressing onto gold leaf was popular during the 1950’s.

Earlier this year I drove from the UK to northern Italy to source pieces of vintage and antique art and décor. I spent four days visiting as many antiques shops, brocantes and flea markets as I could. Each item I selected based on what I love, for its charm and interest, to create a small curated collection of Italian pieces.
