A real butterfly, the beautiful One Spot Preponia (Archaeoprepona demophon). Preserved and pinned in a display position in a shadow box frame on snow white mount. Only one available, this butterfly was home raised and cared for until passing of old age.
This is a truly gorgeous species, the wings have an aquamarine colouration which shifts in the light through turquoise and sea green. Showing slight damage to the tip of one forewing from living a full lifespan. A large example for the species.
